An incredible opportunity! Spend the night in the Haunted Houghton mansion!
Be prepared for an unforgettable evening and a great time. Details follow:


OVERNIGHTER TOURS INCLUDE:
  • Mansion tour and investigation. Bring your own ghost hunting gear or borrow ours.
  • Complete access. Explore the mansion yourself....alone even....if you dare.
  • Movie (optional).
  • Tour and investigation of the cemetery where the Houghton plot is located. (optional - weather permitting)
  • Midnight feed (take-out).

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Sleeping bag/cot or bedroll (There are no beds).
  • Camera(s).
  • Any other "ghost-hunting" equipment that you might have.

THE RULES:
  • You must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Overnight tours are set up for a minimum of two people.
    FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN FOUR, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICING AND AVAILABILITY.
  • No alcoholic beverages.
  • No Ouija Boards.
  • No smoking indoors
  • There will be no hoaxing or deception of any kind.
  • Arrival time is around 7:00 p.m. Tour concludes after breakfast.
The Houghton mansion is highly "active". Supernatural occurrences are experienced often and by many people.
Paranormal activity during tours is not guaranteed, but based on what we've experienced on past tours, it's expected!
Overnighter Tours can be scheduled for Friday or Saturday nights only - currently ONE PER MONTH..

"The students had a BALL on the overnight. They got some 'breathing' on the video from the main bedroom, but were unable to determine a possible cause, and two students saw "shadows" moving around in the third floor servant's quarters before we started recording anything. It really scared one of them, but the other was really interested. We returned twice to the room to videotape (once while we were present, once while no one was present. During the second time, the LCD screen opened on its own during the 30 minutes of taping, but we cannot see anything on the tape yet.
All in all, the kids had a blast, and decided that something is going on, and would like to visit in the future to do an overnight with fewer people, mostly so roaming people can be tracked. Thanks for a great time and all the assistance you have given to make our class a success!"

Mansion Tours - Walk-throughs

Walk-through tours of the Houghton mansion are also available and can be scheduled by emailing any of the members of the Berkshire Paranormal Group or calling Nick Mantello at 413-652-5147. These tours last about 45 minutes to 1 hour and are just $5.00/person, payable upon arrival. A MINIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED PER TOUR unless special arrangements are made.
