A lot of homes/buildings (especially older ones) have their share of quirky noises, drafts, etc. Lots of people feel a little skittish about going into their attic or basement at night. However, If you're experiencing phenomena way beyond these norms and need to find answers, the Berkshire Paranormal Group is prepared to provide a thorough investigation of your property. We employ a common-sense, down-to-earth approach to investigations and use scientific methods and technologies to achieve our results. We don't claim to be experts. We are a newly formed group, dedicated to gaining as much knowledge and experience as possible through our continued research.

Our Mission Statement.

We do not charge for investigations.
Investigations are time consuming and can be costly.
We gladly accept and sincerely appreciate donations to help defray the costs of gas, film, batteries, etc.

THE PROCESS:

1. An investigation request is received.
2. An interview is scheduled and attended by two team members.
3. A decision is made by the group if an investigation is warranted. If so, an investigation is scheduled.
4. An investigation is performed. It takes several hours.
5. Evidence is compiled and analyzed, conclusions are made and findings are presented to the client in person.
6. Investigation results are posted on our website if permission is granted by the client. Anonimity is maintained if requested.

WAYS THAT YOU CAN HELP US:

We have fun doing investigations, but we also take our responsibilities seriously. We want to provide you with the best, most accurate results possible. They can only be achieved under the best possible conditions. A lot of time and effort is spent before, during and after your investigation. Here's a few things that you can do to help your investigation go smoothly and better your chances that we'll provide you with quality data:
  • Please do not invite friends and/or other family members from outside the immediate household to the investigation. With a bunch of people and a team of investigators things can get pretty crowded. Evidence such as EVP data could be contaminated or rendered completely useless under crowded, noisy conditions.
  • Keeping your televisions and radios off during the investigation will also prevent false positives during EVP sessions.
  • We love animals, and they can sometimes sense entities, aiding in the investigation - but if you have aggressive dogs or dogs that love to bark, please put them outside if possible.
  • Please refrain from using drugs or alcohol prior to and during our investigation. If we suspect that someone has "overindulged", the investigation may be terminated.
  • Don't clean your house the day of the investigation. This could stir up dust that can taint photographic evidence.
  • Find out all you can about the history of your property. Any information you can dig up would be very helpful....things such as whether or not someone died on the property or if there is an underground stream below the property, etc.
